Declared by the RTC Makati as "elected" to the PHC Board of Directors with an INVALID PROXY, and therefore has been ILLEGALLY acting as "Director" since August 31, 2004.

LOCSIN, claiming also to be "PHILCOMSAT PRESIDENT" did not even know what "VOIP" stands for. VOIP is one of the capabilities of PHILCOMSAT.
